How to make White Rocky Road

You will need:

200g White chocolate

50g Mini marshmallows

75g Digestive biscuits (you can use others)

You can also add additional ingredients like dried fruit if you like


Method:

  1. Firstly, line a tin with baking paper, I've used a tin that measures 24cm by 18cm.

  2. Then crush your biscuits up, either by popping them into a plastic bag and hitting with a rolling pin or by hand into a bowl.

  3. Then add your marshmallows and any additional ingredients you like and give a stir.

  4. Melt your chocolate, either over a pan of water or in 30 second blasts in the microwave.

  5. Add the melted chocolate to the biscuit mix and stir until covered.

  6. Then put into the lined tin and leave to set.

  7. Simply cut into the size pieces you want and enjoy.
