How to make Strawberry Muffins

You will need:
200g Self Raising Flour
100g Demerara Sugar
1 Egg
150ml Milk
70ml Sunflower Oil
200g Strawberries - Fresh or Frozen
Method:
To your milk, mix the oil and egg until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together your flour and sugar.
Then cut the strawberries into smaller pieces and mix into the flour mixture until well coated.
Then add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix until it's a batter.
Then divide your mixture between 12 cupcake/muffin cases, and bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 6, 200C or 180C fan assisted for 20 mins.
