You will need:
300g Plain flour
150g Butter
150g Caster Sugar
100g White Chocolate chips
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
75g Flaked Almonds
Method:
Firstly in a bowl, to your flour, add the caster sugar, baking powder, flaked almonds and chocolate chips and mix until well combined.
Then add the butter and with the tips of your fingertips press the butter in until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Then add the egg and mix well until a dough has formed, if you find the dough is a little on the dry side add a teaspoon of water.
Then line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll about 2 tablespoons worth of dough into a ball and put on the tray making sure to leave space in between each ball as they will expand as they bake.
Then in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 5, 190C or 170C fan assisted bake for 12 to 16 mins until the sides are starting to go golden.
