How to make Chocolate Christmas Bark

You will need:

200g Milk Chocolate

200g White Chocolate

Toppings (Sprinkles, Chocolate stars, candy canes etc)


Method:

  1. Start by chopping the chocolate into small pieces and placing the white chocolate and milk chocolate into separate heatproof bowls.

  2. Melt the chocolates in the microwave by heating for 20 seconds at a time and stirring in between until fully melted.

  3. Pour the chocolates onto a pre-lined tray with baking paper (my tray was 33cm by 23cm), placing dollops of different chocolates around the tray. Then spread them out and create a marbled effect with the chocolate.

  4. Add your choice of toppings on top and place in the fridge to set.

  5. Finally, break into pieces of your desired size.
