How to make Chocolate Mousse

You will need:

300ml Double Cream

150g Dark Chocolate


Method:

  1. Warm half of the double cream in the microwave using a microwavable bowl, then pour it over the chopped chocolate in another microwavable bowl.

  2. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir the chocolate into the double cream until thoroughly combined. If necessary, you can microwave the mixture to help it blend.

  3. Take the remaining double cream, place it in a bowl, and whisk until soft peaks form.

  4. Once the chocolate mixture has cooled, gently fold it into the whipped cream, trying to retain as much air as possible.

  5. Spoon the mixture into ramekins, cups, or any serving dish of your choice, then refrigerate to set.

  6. Finally, enjoy.
