How to make Raspberry and White Chocolate Muffins

You will need:

200g Self Raising Flour

100g Caster Sugar

1 Egg

150ml Milk

70ml Oil

150g Raspberries (Fresh or Frozen)

100g White Chocolate

Method:

  1. Firstly chop you chocolate into chunks (you can use white chocolate chips if you prefer and skip this step)

  2. In a bowl, mix together your flour and sugar.

  3. Then, in a separate jug, into your milk, mix the oil and egg until well combined.

  4. Then add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix until its a batter.

  5. Then add your white chocolate chunks and raspberries and mix until well distributed.

  6. Then divide your mixture between 12 cupcake/muffin cases, and bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 6, 200C or 180C fan assisted for 20 mins.
