How to make easy Vegan Banana Bread

You will need:

3 bananas

100ml Sunflower Oil

250g Self raising flour

50g Brown sugar

50g Caster sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp mixed spice


Method:

1. Firstly line a 2lb loaf tin (9in by 5in by 3in) with a dairy free margarine or sunflower oil and baking paper.


2. Chop your bananas, and in a bowl mash until creamy.


3. Add your oil and mix well, then mix in both the caster and brown sugars.


4. Then mix in both the cinnamon and mixed spice. Finally mix the flour until well combined.


5. Then put your batter into your pre-prepared loaf tin, and bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 5, 190C or 170C fan assisted for 40-50 mins. Or until a skewer into the bread comes out clean.
