You will need:
Truffles:
100g Milk Chocolate
50ml Double Cream
1tsp Orange Extract
3tbsp icing sugar
Method:
Begin by chopping the chocolate into small pieces and placing them in a heatproof bowl.
In another bowl or jug, heat the cream in the microwave in 30-second intervals until it is hot.
Pour the heated cream over the chopped chocolate and stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Add the orange extract and mix thoroughly.
Place the mixture in the fridge to cool for 3 to 4 hours.
Shape the truffles using spoons or your hands. If using your hands, apply some flavorless oil, like vegetable oil, to prevent sticking.
Roll the truffles in icing sugar until they are fully coated.
They can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for a month.
