How to make Chocolate Cornflake Wreaths

You will need:

80g Cornflakes

200g Chocolate

Toppings

Method:

First, melt your chocolate (either in a bain-marie or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval).
Next, combine the chocolate with your cornflakes.
On a tray lined with baking paper, use a shot glass to shape the cornflake mixture into a wreath.
Add your chosen toppings.
Let it cool and enjoy.
