You will need:
175g Self Raising flour
175g Caster Sugar
175g Margarine
3 Eggs
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
2tsp Vanilla Extract
Method:
1. Firstly in a bowl, cream together your margarine and sugar.
2. Then add your eggs and mix well.
3. Then add the flour and mix until well combined.
4. The split the mixture into 2 separate bowls.
5. Then mix in your Cocoa powder into one bowl, and the vanilla essence into the other.
6. Then in a pre lined 7inch/18cm cake tin tray, alternate dollops of chocolate mixture then vanilla mixture. Then slightly mix the batter in the tin so they have a swirl effect.
7. Then bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 5, 190C or 170C fan assisted for 50 mins to 1 hour.
