How to make Christmas Gift Jar Mixes

You will need:
Cookie Mix:
Large Jar
300g Plain Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
150g Caster Sugar
100g Chocolate Chips
Muffin Mix:
Large Jar
200g Self Raising Flour
100g Caster Sugar
100g Chocolate Chips
12 Muffin Cases
Method:
For each mix, layer each ingredients in the jar, shaking the jar to even out each layer.
Attach a label with the required wet ingredients and baking instructions (attached are pre-made labels that are free to use, or instructions needed are below if you'd like to make your own labels)

Cookie Mix:
Required:
1 Egg
150g Soften Butter
Cookie Mix
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5, 190C or 170C fan assisted
Cream the butter in a large bowl and beat in the eggs. Add the contents of the jar into the bowl and mix well until the a dough has formed.
Take a tablespoon of dough a roll into balls, then space them evenly on 2 lightly greased baking trays.
Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 mins. Allow to cool then enjoy!
Muffin Mix:
Required:
1 Egg
150ml Milk
70ml Oil
Cookie Mix
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6, 200C or 180C fan assisted
In a jug, mix together the egg, milk and oil. Add the contents of the jar into a bowl and add the wet ingredients, then mix well until the a batter has formed.
To an ovenproof muffin tray, add the muffin cases. Spoon the batter into each case.
Bake in the oven for 20 mins. Allow to cool then enjoy!
