How to make Buttercream

You will need:

175g Icing Sugar

75g Unsalted butter

2 tbsp water


Method:

1. Cream together the butter and icing sugar until completely combined.


2. Once completely combined; add the water bit by bit until the buttercream is a smooth spreadable consistency.
