How to make Vegan Chocolate Cake

You will need:

200g Self Raising Flour

150g Caster Sugar

200ml Soya Yogurt

70ml Vegetable Oil

3tbsp Cocoa Powder

1tsp Baking Powder


Method:

1. Firstly, in a bowl, mix together your flour, baking powder, sugar and Cocoa Powder


2. In a separate bowl, mix together your yogurt and oil.


4. Then add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix until its a thick batter.


5. Then put your batter into a prelined 6 inch cake tine, and bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 6, 200C or 180C fan assisted for 35-40 mins.
