You will need:
4 to 8 Sausages
115g Plain Flour
2 Eggs
300ml Milk
2 tbsp Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Firstly, in a bowl or jug, mix together the milk, eggs and plain flour until well combined.
To an ovenproof roasting tin add your oil and sausages and bake in a preheated oven at Gas 7, 220C or 200 fan assisted for 15 mins.
Then add the batter so its halfway up the sausages (you might not need all the batter depending on how many sausages you have) and bake for a further 25 mins.
