You will need:
200g Plain Flour
130g Butter
1 Eggs
1tbsp water
Method:
In a bowl mix together your flour and your butter with the tips of your fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs.
The add the egg and mix together
Add the water a little at a time, as you might not need it all. Add until it comes together as a dough.
Then pop your pastry in the fridge for about an hour before you need the pastry.
