You will need:
8 Sausages
2 Onions (diced)
4 Garlic Cloves (diced)
4 Carrots (diced)
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
1 tbsp Plain flour
500ml Beef Stock
2 tbsp Worcester Sauce
1 tsp Thyme
1 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Oil
150g Peas
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
In a saucepan, over a medium heat, brown the sausages for 2 to 3 mins. Then remove.
Then add the onions, garlic, honey and mustard and sweat for 10 mins.
Then add the sausages back in and add the plain flour and stir until well coated.
Then add your stock, tomato puree, peas, carrots, thyme and Worcester sauce and turn down to a simmer. Simmer for 45 mins until the sauce has thickened.
Then serve.
