You will need:
300g Dark or Milk chocolate
100g Butter
3tbsp Golden Syrup
100g Mini marshmallows
150g Digestive biscuits
Method:
Firstly, line a tin with Clingfilm or baking paper, I've used a tin that measures 20cm by 20cm.
Then crush your biscuits up, either by popping them into a plastic bag and hitting with a rolling pin or by hand into a bowl.
Then add your 3 quarters of your marshmallows and give a stir.
Melt your chocolate and butter, either over a pan of water or in 30 second blasts in the microwave. Then mix the melted butter, chocolate and golden syrup together until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the biscuit mix and stir until covered.
Then put into the lined tin, and top with the remaining marshmallows and leave to set.
Simply cut into the size pieces you want and enjoy.
