You will need:
450g Raspberries
225g Sugar
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Method:
1. In a large saucepan; put in your Raspberries and lemon juice over a low to medium heat. Then stir well. Allow the raspberries to cook to allow the juices to release.
2. Then strain through a sieve to remove the seeds. I try to release as much juice as possible by pushing the pulp with a spoon.
3. Return the juice back to the saucepan, then add the sugar. Dissolve the sugar over a low to medium heat until all the sugar is dissolved.
4. Then take off the heat and while still warm put into bottles. If you bottle it while it is still warm it will help to keep it longer.
