You will need:
320g Puff Pastry
100g Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
1 Egg (Beaten)
Method:
1. On a floured surface, roll out your puff pastry until its about half a centimetre thick and a wide rectangle.
2. Then brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg.
3. Top the puff pastry with the grated cheese, spreading it out evenly.
4. Then cut into into fingers
5. Twist the fingers so they create a twist. Then place the twists on a baking tray topped with baking paper.
6. The brush the remaining egg over the top of the pastry.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven; at Gas Mark 6, 200 C or 170 C fan assisted for 15 mins
