How to make Peanut Butter

You will need:

400g Salted Peanuts

1tbsp Oil (either Vegetable or Peanut)


Method:

1. Using a food processor, add the peanuts and blend for 4 to 5 mins occasionally stopping to mix the peanuts.


2. Then once the peanuts have blended to form a paste, add the oil and blend again for 2 mins to loosen the paste.


3. Transfer to a sterilized jar and store in the fridge for up to 4 months.
