You will need:
200g Salted Peanuts
200g Granulated Sugar
Method:
Firstly in a saucepan, over a low heat, add your sugar and leave to melt. After a couple of minutes the sides should start to turn to a caramel. Try not to stir, if need be you can shake the pan a bit.
After about 3-4 mins there should be a good amount of caramel at the sides, at this point you want to stir it. It should start to clump together, don't worry that's normal. Keep it on a low heat and stir until it is all melted into a caramel.
Once it is all caramel, add your peanuts and give it a good stir to make sure their all coated.
Then in a pre-lined tin using baking paper put your mixture in and give a little press down with the back of your spoon. Then leave to set.
Once cooled and hard, break into smaller pieces.
