You will need:
100g Oats
100g Self Raising Flour
100g Butter
100g Sugar
1 tbsp Golden Syrup
Method:
1. Firstly in a bowl, mix together your oats, self raising flour and sugar together until well combined.
2. Then, in a saucepan over a low heat, melt your butter and golden syrup together until well combined.
3. Then add your wet ingredients to your dry and mix well.
3. Then roll your dough into balls and place on a pre-lined baking tray.
4. Then bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 4, 180C or 160C fan assisted for 10-15 mins. until golden.
