How to make Mini Strawberry Puff Tartlets

You will need:

500g Puff Pastry

200g Strawberries

125g Strawberry Jam


Method:

1. On a floured surface, roll out your puff pastry until its about half a centimeter thick and a wide rectangle.


2. Flour and grease a muffin tray and using a cookie cutter bigger than the holes in the tray, cut out circles of puff pastry. Then line each hole.


3. Add half a teaspoon of jam to the bottom of each pastry case.


4. Cut up the strawberries and add them evening to each case.


5. To the remaining jam, add half a tbsp to a tbsp of water and mix. Then add this to the top of each tartlet as a glaze


6. Bake in a pre-heated oven; at Gas Mark 6, 200 C or 170 C fan assisted for 20 mins
