How to make Marble Cupcakes

You will need:

175g Self Raising flour

175g Caster Sugar

175g Margarine

3 Eggs

1 tbsp Cocoa powder

Half a tbsp Vanilla Essence


Method:

1. Firstly in a bowl, cream together your margarine and sugar.


2. Then add your eggs and mix well.


3. Then add the flour and mix until well combined.


4. The split the mixture into 2 separate bowls.


5. Then mix in your Cocoa powder into one bowl, and the vanilla essence into the other.


6. Then in a pre lined cupcake tray, alternate teaspoons of chocolate mixture then vanilla mixture until the case is 3 quarters full. Then slightly mix the batter in the cupcake cases so they have a swirl effect.


7. Then bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 5, 190C or 170C fan assisted for 16-20 mins.
