How to make Honey Cupcakes

You will need:

175g Self Raising flour

50g Brown Sugar

175g Margarine

3 Eggs

4 tbsp Honey

1 tsp Cinnamon


Method:

1. Firstly in a bowl, cream together your margarine and sugar.

2. Then add your honey and mix well.

3. Then add the eggs and mix well.

4. Then add the flour and Cinnamon and mix until well combined.

5. Then in a pre lined cupcake tray, fill cupcakes cases with the mixture.

7. Then bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 5, 190C or 170C fan assisted for 16-20 mins.
