You will need:
400g Condensed Milk
375g Brown Sugar
150ml Milk
100g Butter
Method:
Firstly, line a deep tray with baking paper. My tray was 28cm by 18cm.
In a saucepan, over a low heat. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Turn the heat up to a high temperature, and continually mix. If you leave the mixture to boil it will burn at the bottom and you will be left with black bits throughout your fudge.
Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to come away from the sides of the saucepan.
At this point turn the heat off, and beat the mixture with a wooden spoon. You will need to beat for about 5 to 10 minutes until the mixture is lighter in colour and creamy.
Then pour into the pre-prepared baking tray and smooth out the top. Pop it in the fridge to allow to set.
Then cut into the size pieces you want.
