You will need:
300g Peanut Butter (either crunchy or smooth)
75g Caster Sugar
75g Self Raising Flour
1 Egg
1tbsp Cocoa Powder
2tbsp Milk
Method:
1. Firstly in a bowl, mix together your peanut butter and the egg and mix well.
2. The add the sugar and mix until well combined.
3. Then add the flour and cocoa powder, and mix until it is a clumpy consistency.
4. Then add the milk and mix until a dough has formed
5. Flour your work surface and roll out the dough until it is a 1cm thick, then cut out the size biscuits you want.
6. Then place on a pre-lined baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 4, 180C or 160C fan assisted for 15-18 mins.
