How to make Banana Cupcakes

You will need:

175g Self Raising Flour

150g Caster Sugar

175g Margarine or Butter

3 Bananas (mashed)

1 Egg

1 tsp Cinnamon

Method:

  1. Firstly in a bowl, cream together your margarine and sugar together.

  2. Then add your mashed bananas and egg and mix well.

  3. Then add the flour and cinnamon and mix until well combined.

  4. Then divide your mixture between 12 cupcake cases, and bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 5, 190C or 170C fan assisted for about 16 to 20 mins.
