How to make Baby Banana and Blueberry Muffins (9 months +)

You will need:

75g Self Raising Flour

1 Egg

1 Banana

50g Butter (melted)

30g Blueberries


Method:

1. Firstly, mash your banana.


2. Then into your mashed banana add your egg and melted butter, and mix until well combined.


3. Then add in you flour and mix until a smooth batter.


4. Then chop the blueberries in half (to avoid baby choking) and add to the batter mixing in well


5. Then divide your mixture between 12 cupcake/muffin cases, and bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas 4, 180C or 160 fan assisted for 15 to 18 mins.
