How to make a small batch of Cupcakes

You will need:

115g Self Raising Flour

115g Caster Sugar

115g Margarine

1 Eggs

1tbsp Milk


Optional flavourings:

1 tbsp Cocoa Power or

1 tbsp Lemon Curd or

1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Method:

1. Firstly in a bowl, cream together your margarine and sugar.


2. Then add your egg and mix well.


3. Finally add your flour and mix well until a thick batter is formed.


4. Then add the milk and mix. Then add the flavouring you'd like and mix well until combined.


5. Then divide your mixture between 4 to 6 cupcake cases, and bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 5, 190C or 170C fan assisted for 12-16 mins.
