How to make a Microwave Mug Pudding (Mug Cake)

You will need:

3 tbsp Self Raising Flour

3 tbsp Caster Sugar

2 tbsp Milk

1 tbsp Oil

1 Egg

1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

(Optional) Sprinkles


Method:

1. In a large mug; put in your milk, oil and egg then mix well.


2. Then add your self raising flour, sugar and cocoa powder, and again mix well until there are no lumps.


3. Then, if using, add sprinkles to the top.


4. Having put my mug on a plate, in case of any over spill. Pop in the microwave on 800W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
