You will need:
For the Cake:
300g Self-raising flour
300g Caster Sugar
300g Margarine/butter
5 eggs
3tbsp Cocoa Powder
100g White Chocolate Chips
100g Milk Chocolate Chips
For the topping:
200g Icing Sugar
2tbsp Milk
2 tsp Cocoa Powder
Sprinkles
Method:
Firstly cream together the butter and caster sugar in a bowl until well combined.
Then add the eggs and mix well.
Then add the self-raising flour and cocoa powder, and mix until well combined. Then stir in both white and milk chocolate chips until well distributed.
Put the batter into a pre-greased and lined tin (I used a 33cm by 23cm by 6cm tin).
Then bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 5, 190C or 170C fan assisted for about 40-45 minutes. To test that the cake is cooked all the way through, use a toothpick to put into the middle of the cake and if it come out clean it is ready.
Then allow the cake to cool slightly.
Then to make the icing, in a bowl, mix together the icing sugar and cocoa powder. Then add the milk and mix until combined and smooth.
Spread this on top of the cake, and while the icing is still wet, sprinkle the top with the sprinkles.
Then shop into the size pieces you want and enjoy.
