How to make 3 ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

You will need:

250g Peanut Butter (either crunchy or smooth)

150g Caster Sugar

1 Egg

Method:

1. Firstly in a bowl, mix together your peanut butter and sugar together until well combined.

2. Then, add the egg and mix until a dough has formed

3. Then roll your dough into balls and place on a pre-lined baking tray.

4. Then bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 4, 180C or 160C fan assisted for 15-18 mins. until golden.
