How to make Rice Krispies Christmas Puddings

You will need:

100g Rice Krispies

100g Marshmallows

25g Butter

50g Milk Chocolate

100g White Chocolate

Edible holly leaf decorations


Instructions:

  1. First, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

  2. Add the milk chocolate and stir thoroughly.

  3. Next, incorporate the marshmallows and stir until they are melted and combined.

  4. Add the Rice Krispies and stir until fully mixed.

  5. Transfer the mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper. Shape the mixture into balls, using a flavorless oil like vegetable oil on your hands to prevent sticking, and place them on the tray.

  6. Melt the white chocolate using a bain-marie or by microwaving it for 20-second intervals, stirring in between.

  7. Drizzle a bit of white chocolate over each Rice Krispie ball and garnish with the edible holly decorations.
