How to make Granny's Yorkshire Puddings

You will need:

4oz Plain Flour (115g)

2 Eggs

Half a pint of Milk (300ml)

3fl oz Oil (100ml)

Method:

1. Firstly, in a bowl or jug, mix together the milk, eggs and plain flour until well combined.

2. To an cupcake tray add your oil to each hole and bake in a preheated oven at Gas 7, 220C or 200 fan assisted for 10 mins.

3. Then add the batter to each hole and bake for a further 25 mins.
