You will need:

100g Oats

100g Self Raising Flour

100g Butter

100g Caster Sugar

50g Raisins

50g Blueberries

1 tbsp Golden Syrup

Method:

  1. First, in a bowl, combine the oats, self-raising flour, raisins, blueberries, and sugar until thoroughly mixed.

  2. Next, in a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and golden syrup together until they are well blended.

  3. After that, add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir well.

  4. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a pre-lined baking tray, pressing down slightly on the top of each cookie to flatten.

  5. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at Gas Mark 4, 180°C, or 160°C fan-assisted for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
