How to make Banana and Chocolate Chip Oat Bars

You will need:

150g Porridge Oats

2 Bananas

100g Chocolate Chips

2 tbsp Milk


Method:

  1. First, mash the bananas.

  2. Add the oats to the mashed bananas and mix thoroughly.

  3. Next, pour in the milk and stir.

  4. Stir in the chocolate chips until everything is well combined.

  5. Transfer the mixture into a pre-lined tin (I used an 18cm by 18cm) and press it down with the back of a spoon.

  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 6, 200°C, or 180°C for fan-assisted ovens, for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Once cooled, cut into pieces of your desired size.
